North Central Ohio Educational Service Center's Educational Consultants can provide your district with timely, relevant information from the Ohio Department of Education initiatives:
- Instructional Strategies and Resources to support the implementation and roll-out of Ohio's Learning Standards and Ohio's State Tests;
- Assists in data and root cause analysis efforts to inform the One Needs Assessment and One Plan;
- Assists with the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP), the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System (OTES) 2.0, the Ohio Principal Evaluation System (OPES) 2.0, the Ohio School Counselor Evaluation System (OSCES);
- Assists with the Resident Educator (RE) Program;
- Assists with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS); and
- Assists with the use of Ohio Evaluation System (OhioES).

The North Central Ohio ESC prides itself on continued partnerships with the Ohio Department of Education to assist in providing exemplary services to school districts within our service area. The NCOESC has State Trainers who support formalized state training, coaching and evaluation-related support.
